Some Terms and Conditions

Late Cancellations: we regret that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the treatment(s) booked

Credit Card Deposits: a 50% credit card deposit is required to reserve appointment times of 2 hours (or £100 of treatment value) or more. Our cancellation policy will apply and be charged to the card details held

Client Information: when you first visit us, you will be asked to complete a client record card

Pregnancy: please advise us at the time of booking if you think you may be pregnant

Mobile Phones: for a restful atmosphere within the spa, please switch off your mobile during your visit
