Bookings
All our therapists are fully trained and experienced professionals. We make appointments up to 1 month in advance and do our best to make the therapist you request available for your booking, subject to illness, holiday and circumstances beyond our control. We believe your time is valuable as is the time of our therapists when an appointment has been reserved.

Our opening hours are:
Monday 9am to 9pm
Tuesday 9am to 9pm
Wednesday 9am to 9pm
Thursday 9am to 9pm
Friday 9am to 9pm
Saturday 9am to 5pm
Sunday 10am to 5pm
Timing: we suggest you aim to arrive at least 5 minutes beofre your appointment time. If you have time, why not arrive 15-30 minutes before and enjoy the use of our facilities. All our facials and massages include a complimentary steam and snooze (£21.50 value - ladies only).
Deposit: we require a deposit of 50% for bookings of over 2 hours in total or more than £100 in value. Please let us have your credit or debit card details at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: please give us as much notice as possible if you have to cancel or re-arrange a booking. It is extremely difficult to maintain attractive prices for our clients when cancellations are made at short notice, and is unfair to our staff and other customers. We therefore ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation - if not a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost reserved will be made.
